LIVING THE DREAM
Posted by Peter

It has been a while since I last posted something on here. However, when you are living your life a million miles an hour in London it is hard to find time to sit down and type. Anyways, I have been in London for 2 weeks now and it has been nothing short of AMAZING!! I have visited places such as Windsor Castle, Westminster Abby, Hyde Park, The David Beckham Academy, and various other sites and pubs. The World Cup started last week and it has been very chaotic over here. People dressed in their team colors cheering any cheer they can make up. I have a wonderful internship with a company called W2W Sports. www.w2wsports.com the people I work with are amazing and I have even gone on trips with them to Brimingham and Bolton. I got to see cities that I would have never even though of otherwise. I have made many friends from numerous different schools throughout the states and we have all become a small little family. With nearly 2 weeks in the books already time seems to be flying by. My friends and I are in the process of planning a few trips to Paris and other places.

One thing that I have found interesting is that I was told this place (London) was always cloudy and cool. Well that is not the case since I've been here. It has been in the upper 20's (celcius) and sunny and muggy. Last week I had the oportunity to play in a football (soccer) tournament at the David Beckham academy (the Michael Jordan of soccer). I played against retired profesionals and it was a dream come true. I guess I can stop ratteling on and on for now. I'll try to make a few more post throughout this summer. I'll leave you with a few pictures of London.
