Through Kelley’s active Career Placement Office (CPO), employers can not only post openings for internships and full-time positions, they can participate in dozens of recruitment events each year, including on-campus recruiting. You don’t have to be a Fortune 100 company to use Kelley’s employer services – the CPO is dedicated to helping meet the human resources needs of large corporations and small companies alike.

Each year Kelley awards more than $80,000 in scholarships to worthy students. Many of these scholarships are made possible through the generosity of local companies, corporations and community organizations. Becoming involved with Kelley’s scholarship program and other development initiatives is another way companies can partner with Kelley to improve student’s career potential.
Extending Kelley’s Commitment to Business
In recent years Kelley Indianapolis has developed avenues for local businesses to draw upon the experience and knowledge of Kelley’s nationally recognized faculty. For example, Kelley’s emphasis on experiential learning generates opportunities for companies to get involved in educational projects.
Through the school’s MBA Enterprises program, graduate students partner with local companies to tackle current business issues in the areas of operations and supply chain management, finance and entrepreneurship.
Kelley’s Main Street Initiative offers innovative programs targeted to meet the needs of central Indiana’s small and mid-sized businesses. Monthly seminars and networking events hosted in collaboration with the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce allow small business executives to learn from Kelley business experts. With knowledge generally reserved for the college classroom, Kelley faculty members bring expertise and the latest industry trends on finance, accounting, IT issues and marketing – topics of primary interest to small firms striving to compete.
