Problem-Based Learning for Production and Operations Management
In this paper, we describe our application of "Problem-Based Learning" in the teaching of production/operations management. We describe a study of the effectiveness of this approach and present the results and an analysis of this study. We provide a collection of our experiences in using this method and conclude with some general observations on its appropriateness to the teaching of production management.
