Evening MBA Applications are now being accepted on a rolling basis. The application deadline for August admission is April 15th and the deadline for January admission is November 1st.
The Evening MBA program at the Kelley School of Business has a two-part online application process consisting of:
Please print this checklist before you begin and keep it nearby as you work through the application process. Incomplete applications are not accepted. Please review your information before submitting your application.
If you are not currently applying to the Evening MBA program and you only need to take the prerequisite courses, please contact:

Traditional On-Campus Undergraduate Prerequisites OR
Previously completed with a B- or higher grade in each course - Kelley Evening MBA Online Application
- All students must submit the Kelley Evening MBA Online Application.
- If a student has already submitted a Kelley Non-Degree Application to take the web-based prerequisite courses, he will not need to resubmit the Graduate University Application.
- You are NOT required to complete all sections of the University Online Application, however the following sections MUST be completed:
- Personal Information
- Educational History
- Test Scores
- Educational Objectives (please note: Kelley School of Business is listed alphabetically under KELLEY rather than BUSINESS)
- Work Experience
- Affirmation Statement
- International Students will be directed to continue the application process by completing additional sections for International Affairs. International Students DO NOT need to submit an additional essay or references beyond those required on the Kelley Evening MBA Online application.
