- Q. Is my degree conferred from the Business School or from the IU Graduate School?
- A. Your degree is a Masters Degree conferred from Kelley School of Business, not the Graduate School.
- Q. What kind of academic attire do MBAs wear?
- A. Academic apparel is a Masters robe and hood. The robe has longer arms than the undergraduate robe. The hood is worn with the short part under your neck and the long part of the hood cascading down the back.
- Q. Where can I pick up my robe and hood?
- A. Campus Center Room 405, May 6-7.
- Q. When should I apply for graduation?
- A. Please apply for graduation as soon as you register for your final semester in the MBA program.
- Q. Will the MBA office confirm I have met all my degree requirements?
- A. Once we receive your application and you are registered for your final semester, the recorder will check your student records and inform you of any discrepancies or confirm that your requirements will be complete. This may take a few weeks depending on when you turn in your application.
- Q. Can I continue to take classes once I receive my degree?
- A. Once you have graduated and completed your degree, you cannot take more classes and complete another major. If you would like to take more business classes you may need to become a Kelley non-degree student. If you would like to take classes in another school, please contact that school or the Graduate Office.
