Dean's Welcome

MBA, PhD Kelley Alumna

Welcome to the Kelley School’s website for women who are interested in business. Whether you want to lead a Fortune 500 company, start your own small business or anything in between, we hope you find inspiration, useful information and interesting networking opportunities on this site.

Women are important in business.

Studies show that organizations with more women in leadership roles outperform their competition. We also know that workplace diversity leads to better decision-making. Those are just two reasons why companies are embracing the belief that what’s good for women is good for business. And if you’d rather be your own boss, you’re not alone. The number of women-owned businesses is growing twice as fast as those started by men, and forecasts show women will have created more than half of the new small business jobs expected this decade.

Women are important at Kelley.

At Kelley, we don’t believe in “one size fits all.” We help you build your personal brand and find the right business fit for your personality. We believe you can write your own definition of success, and we give you the tools to create your own momentum. Our hiring companies understand the importance of recruiting and developing women leaders, so you can be confident your Kelley degree will put you on the right path.

Women are important to each other.

Business is really all about relationships. Kelley’s collaborative culture means you never have to go it alone. Our alumnae, students, and faculty inspire, support and mentor each other so we can succeed together.

I am proud to be in the company of so many talented and inspiring Kelley women. Together, we can create even more opportunities to help women thrive personally and professionally.
