The Business of Medicine Physician MBA Program is an investment of time and resources. The total tuition for the 21 months is an estimated $69,900 total ($34,950 per year). The cost of the program covers tuition, snacks and meals during residencies, executive coaching, lecture series, primers, technology and advising support, CME administration, and networking events.

- How tuition is billed.
Tuition in the Kelley Business of Medicine Physician MBA for 2016-17 is $1,273.08 per credit hour. The MBA program is 51 credit hours and physicians are enrolled in approximately 25.5 credit hours per year. Tuition is charged on a quarterly basis, based on the specific credit hours enrolled during the term. A $500 non-refundable, non-transferable tuition deposit is required upon your acceptance of admission to the Business of Medicine MBA program.
- What tuition includes.
Tuition does not include mandatory university fees, course materials, costs related to travel courses (X520 and X576), hotel or travel expenses if coming from outside the Indianapolis area, or meals outside of classes and/or scheduled activities. In the final quarter, your budget should include the travel, accommodation, and registration costs (not included in tuition) associated with the required healthcare policy course in the final quarter of the program. If interested in the optional international study abroad courses throughout the program the associated travel, accommodation, and registration costs are not included in tuition.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Funding
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are awarded for every hour you spend in class session. CME credits are administered through Indiana University's School of Medicine Division of Continuing Medicine Education. If your organization sponsors your CME activities, you can use these resources to help pay for the Business of Medicine MBA. Additionally, the same tax benefits can apply, talk with your tax professional.

Multiple payment plan options are available for paying tuition and fees including pre-payment and deferred payment options that allow students to pay tuition on a monthly basis.
