1. Select your account option (Student or Alumnus/a).
2. Choose your Profile Privacy Level.
3. Update your Profile.

Meet with Kelley Indianapolis Career Services to discuss everything from résumé reviews and general career advice to internship and full-time job opportunities. Schedule an appointment with your career advisor through Handshake.

To schedule an appointment:

1. Log in to Handshake.
2. Select “Career Center.”
3. On the Career Center page, select “Appointments.”

Handshake allows you to register for and attend events hosted by KelleyCareers or employers. Use the filter feature to narrow down event options.

To find an event:

1. Log in to Handshake.
2. Select “Events.”
3. Filter events based on interests. For events specific to KelleyCareers, filter by “Career Center” and select “Kelley School of Business.”

To register for an event:

1. Click the event you’re interested in attending.
2. Select the “Register” button.

You should receive a confirmation email in your “@iu.edu” email account once you’ve registered for an event. For virtual events, the link for the session may not appear until closer to the event.

Handshake bridges the virtual gap between students and employers and allows students to search and apply for both internships and full-time positions.

To search for jobs and internships:

1. Log in to Handshake.
2. Select “Jobs.”
3. Start searching! We recommend using the filters option to refine your search. For example, searching by location or industry can help narrow the choices.

IUPUI students can also use Handshake to search for on-campus jobs. Search the job board in the IUPUI Office of Student Employment.
