  • On-Campus Recruitment: Establish a consistent recruitment process with the Kelley School of Business by creating interview schedules in KelleyCareers. Campus-based interview schedules and recruitment events allow you to meet hundreds of students seeking internships and full-time positions. You develop a consistent process to market your company, create a relationship with our campus and build your brand with prospective candidates.
  • Micro-Internships: Kelley Micro-Internships are paid, short-term, project-based experiences that require between 10 to 40 hours to complete. Micro-Internships allow companies to reduce costs, create an early talent pipeline and help students gain real-world business experience.
  • I-Core: Central to I-Core on the IUPUI campus is a cross-functional, semester-long project in which student teams explore a firm’s new product opportunities. In this partnership, the students bring fresh perspectives and creative minds to your company, with guidance from Kelley faculty
